Third edition. 100th anniversary of the Republic.

The third International Conference on Real Estate Development and Management, organised by the Department of Real Estate Development and Management at Ankara University, was held under the theme "Real Estate Markets, Human Settlements and the Future Under Pandemic and Disaster Threats." Held in the centennial year of the Republic of Türkiye, the conference brought together leading Turkish and international experts and academics to discuss post-pandemic shifts in real estate markets, resilient settlement policies under natural disaster risks, sustainability and ESG investments, digital transformation and valuation practices, and the impacts of global financial uncertainty on real estate investments.
